2. Active Account in good standing:
An active account with good standing means you are eligible to sell products on Amazon and follow all the criteria and guidelines of Amazon.
3. Shipping all across the country
To run ads on Amazon, a seller should have the ability to fulfill orders in all the regions of the country you are selling in. This is for FBM sellers, who ship and fulfil the orders through third party carriers other than Amazon FBA.
Amazon-sponsored Products Ads: Eligibility Criteria
1. Buy Box:
Your listing should have a buy box. A buy box is an “add to cart” button that appears on the listing pages. If you have the buy box on the listing page then only you can run Amazon sponsored products ads else not.
Before you proceed, check the listing page and ensure you have a buy box. If not, discuss with the support team or Amazon PPC experts, and they will suggest resolutions to get it visible on the listing pages.
2. Product condition:
Amazon-sponsored ads are available for products available to sell in new condition. Used/refurbished products are not eligible to run ads for.

To begin with Amazon Sponsored Ads, a seller must enroll their brands in the brand registry program. Once you get the approval for the brand on Amazon, you can run sponsored brands ads on Amazon.
2. Categories under which you can run brand ads
Your products should be listed under one or more categories below to be eligible to run sponsored brands ads.
